Having spent many years in Planning and Construction of Nuclear Submarines for the United States Navy, my main takeaway was Attention to Detail. There is zero tolerance for error when you're sending a crew of men and a two billion dollar sub to the oceans depths. Nothing less than perfection is acceptable. Without complete attention to detail and peerless quality in every aspect from design to delivery, you risk the lives of the crew and the integrity of the ship.
